Based on 25 years of experience, research, and development around the world, we provide this train-the-trainer certification program to help organizations learn how to engage communities in a novel, new approach centered on our Heartspace ModelTM. With unique tools, engaging facilitation, and outcomes-driven lessons throughout, this certification program can transform daily interactions, program activities, organizational outcomes, entire communities and beyond by focusing on engaging individuals first. Participants will receive the Personal Engagement Institute Group Facilitator Certificate upon completion, and will be certified to use the curriculum and granted a two-year license with their completion.
