Based on 25 years of experience, research, and development around the world, the Personal Engagement Institute provide this train-the-trainer certification program to help organizations learn how to engage communities in a novel, new approach centered on our Heartspace ModelTM.
With unique tools, engaging facilitation, and outcomes-driven lessons within our Personal Engagement Toolkit, this is a train-the-trainer certification that can transform daily interactions, program activities, organizational outcomes, entire communities and beyond by focusing on engaging individuals first.
Upon completion, participants receive the Personal Engagement Institute Group Facilitator Certificate. Each individual is licensed to use our proprietary tools for two years after finishing.
