Welcome to the Personal Engagement Toolkit!

Based on 25 years of experience, research, and development around the world, we use the Personal Engagement Toolkit to teach people how to engage communities in a novel, new approach centered on our Heartspace ModelTM.

With unique tools, engaging facilitation, and outcomes-driven lessons throughout, this certification program can transform daily interactions, program activities, organizational outcomes, entire communities and beyond by focusing on engaging individuals first.

We provide this toolkit in two ways.

TOOLKIT COACHING

Working with individuals focused on their own personal engagement, our certified Heartspace Coaches use the Personal Engagement Toolkit to walk through practical, purposeful actions and outcomes that can change your life and change the world!

TOOLKIT TRAINING

The Personal Engagement Toolkit train-the-trainer workshop is for individuals and organizations who want to use our proprietary tools to transform their organizations and communities! Through an exciting, interactive workshop, future trainers learn to use the toolkit in powerful, purposeful and authentic ways. Participants will receive the Fletcher Engagement Services Personal Engagement Certificate upon completion, and will be certified to use the curriculum and granted a two-year curriculum license with their completion.
